CALL 1-800-JUSTICE." Panel 6: The shark jumps out of the water a second time and sees another billboard with the same man in a suit and mustache. This billboard reads, "WERE YOU PROMISED A VIEW, MOUNTAINS, AND BIRDS? CALL NOW!"
