This is exposing some severe laziness and they don't even realize it. People hug relatives who have earned their love and trust. It takes effort and there are no guarantees, but an earned closeness is worth it. The desire for wooden forced affection is what is abnormal.

Thing is... I've heard this fable except it's frogs they're eating and it's just people not economists. He changed it because A) he has seen people eat a pile of shit and casually continue their stroll and B) he thinks inserting "economists" makes it erudite political satire.

Librewolf is what we use. It seems to work well. It does make you manually put in passwords and you have to log into google to do googley things, but I'm okay with that.
