Okay, here is the Polar Bear flying off the mountaintop in Super Smash Bros. Such a silly-looking animation. I love it so much. Literally peak gaming.

I've heard melatonin can be good for that but I haven't tried it myself. I do have a friend who likes it and is good at the "early to bed and early to rise" thing.
