DOE reinstates fired employees A memo viewed by POLITICO’s E&E News shows the Department of Energy rehired employees late Thursday, obeying a court order.

It didn’t get a lot of attention but the Department of Energy complied with a court order on Friday and reinstated fired probationary employees. It says it’s expediting equipment and badge reissues so that they can return to work.
