I made a post on MTGO's bug forum about how the interaction that happens on MTGO is incorrect, but it's flagged as "Not a Bug".
Was there a rules change or something from 3 months ago to now?

The more I play UB Tempo, the more I start to think that Barrowgoyf is copium with how the deck is currently constructed.

I also think that DD + Balemurk are what people wanted DD + Uro to be, but this is a lot less mana given the context of Legacy.

I cast Dress Down. I Impending'd Overlord of the Balemurk. However it did not enter as a vanilla creature with no counters on it.

Posted in the MTGO Discord and made a forum post already - according to Tabak's post this is a bug.
