Day 11

Really, the author doesn't care which season it is anymore, he's gonna dress pretty much the same. Winter, though... he might bundle up a bit.

If he can find a place to settle for the season, he'll bundle up doubly so.

Which is to say...

Day 10

Ironically, considering the day this fell on, rights are almost abandoned in the author's world. Aside from small groups of people and small scale civilizations, there's not a lot left to "right" over. And even saying that who's to say they aren't lawless and/or cruel themselves?

Future: The Ghost of Christmas Future is old, worn, battered, bruised, but still smiling. It stays strong, even after all these years. To insure someone else has the time of their life. The author's projected future to a tee.

Present: Much like the author is now, the present would be very quiet but very gentle. A little outgoing perhaps, but not to the point of being the holliest jolliest SOB on the planet.

Speaking of holly jolly, this ghost would also actually be... well, a Ghost of Christmas Present.

Day 9 (1/3)

Past: This ghost, as sucky as it's gonna sound, would be very abusive and aggressive, as that was most of the author's life growing up. This ghost would also be earsplittingly loud, as it's the antithesis of the author's voice, which is pretty much non-existent by this point.

Day 7

The author is definitely more like Santa. Just going off of his callsign alone (the reason he's remained anonymous), he could definitely use all the positivity he can.

It's the way you draw heads. The hair, noses, eyes, they all still feel like your artstyle, regardless of what character it is.

Oddly enough, I don't think I have any Pan characters. I have a lot of Ace characters I think, but I don't usually take sexual/romantic elements into account, so that could be why I think that.

His name, Snap, comes from his primary form of communication, where he will "snap" his beak in various patterns.

Also, I just now realized this while writing my answer, but I think the author is in fact going to be my go-to MC for this prompt series. Makes things easier for both parties. 😅

If he were to volunteer anywhere these days, it may be an animal shelter or some form of crisis management group. That is, if his neck of the woods HAS any.

This is gonna sound like a cop-out, but a good majority of my characters already volunteer or have volunteered in something.

The author, for instance, was part of a small scale military-ish operation created to fend off the then zombie apocalypse. (cont.)

I don't really know how to do the next prompt in the thingy I'm doing, so I'll resort to a resolution.

It'll depend on what comes first though, the theme for the character or the character itself. Bringing the author back, he was already established before a theme was given. Meanwhile, I'd end up making entirely new story arcs and characters based on an album I wrote... but still haven't released. 😅

A lot of the bones of my story is actually based on music I'd make or listen to. For instance, the author of the journals (who will remain anonymous for now) will have a placeholder theme of BodyBag from Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, while another character will already have a theme made for them.
