Deactivated and deleted IG, Facebook and TicTok Sunday night in preparation for what was to come on Monday. Deleted X right after the Musk takeover. Only social media app on my phone is this one. My mental health is priority and every time I see anything that has to do with tRump, I scroll on by.

Deactivated and deleted all Meta apps and TicTok Sunday night. Didn’t watch any MSM yesterday or today. This morning, instead of watching CBS Morning, I watched cartoons. Probably won’t be watching anything other than what I can stream. I just can’t with MSM right now.

So very pissed.

Yesterday I deactivated all of my Meta accounts and removed all social media apps, including TicTok. FB has become nothing but adds and very few posts from friends. Funny how the number one person in my life, my wife, is never on my friend’s list and friends posts come up 4 days later. Done.
