Despite adverse weather conditions, I’ve had the opportunity to carry out onboard experiments to analyze the response of marine phytoplankton in hypoxic environments.

Excited to take part in the TN-445 oceanographic cruise in the Bay of Bengal aboard the R/V Thomas G. Thompson from the University of Washington. My goal during this campaign is to study the physiology of phytoplankton in this region of the Indian Ocean. 🌏
