Back to coaching football this morning. I am so scared of it going wrong because it is literally the only voluntary I do. Confidence is difficult to get when you have had a break from something.

It was a strange dream but it was also good too.

I'm watching a game of football later as well. I enjoy football. I play and coach as well.

I adore a certain @beverleyknight.bsky.social and I like to put her in costumes with Grok. She is really beautiful and I have actually met her twice - one was this July at the theatre after her wonderful inspiring play in Chichester. She's such a star. #AIBev

Second Friday in a row I have had to miss my football playing as this week I fell and hurt myself - my back and my neck. I think I am going to end up wearing a neck brace when I go outside in future.
