I got diagnosed with sleep apnea a few months ago, I was constantly falling asleep when I got home from work and couldn’t get through a film at the cinema without sleeping. I’m on a Cpac machine now and it’s a life changer πŸ‘

He is so easily swayed and manipulated.

Trump is like a cushion who bears the imprint of the last ass that was placed on it.

Mainstream media orgs are incapable of covering the depravity of this administration because the truth sounds like bias. Impartiality doesn’t sound like impartiality when the reality is morally obscene

Every time a Democrat gets caught on tape saying like β€œSome Trump voters are racist” we have a national scandal and JD Vance demands an entirely new kind of apology and meanwhile every Republican group chat is like β€œGood morning fellow SS members. Who’s ready to respect Hitler today?”

It’s extraordinary that Biden’s main weaknesses were inflation and cognitive decline and now America has inflation and cognitive decline as well as tariffs, authoritarianism, blatant corruption, etc

SHOCK POLL:
NIGEL FARAGE WILL BE PM TOMORROW
IN an amazing poll conducted
by The Pointless Polling Company, it was revealed that voters' intentions
may well change over the next three and a half years and at present it's 100 percent impossible to guess what the next government might look like.
However, 99 percent of journalists
agree that it would be much more fun if we had an election tomorrow and everybody resigned and everything was chaos and Farage had a go at being PM, just for the hell of it, because it was so much fun when
Brexit happened and then the government kept falling every five minutes and we could write endless pieces about (cont. p94)

Private Eye offers up an excellently scornful commentary on the relentless polling. It’s become ridiculous and has oversimplified our politics to dangerous levels of stupid and irresponsible.

It doesn’t read as a joke at all. I presumed it was an attempt at a joke because the alternative was so unlikely.

What was once the end of someone’s career in politics is now barely a news story. Same in America, Trump is guilty of a β€˜Watergate’ at least once a week.

apparently you can't say he flirted with Hitler Youth when he was a schoolboy and reportedly sung Nazi songs, so what about when Nigel Farage was 53 years old and addressed a far-right rally at the invitation of a Nazi minister's granddaughter?

The Right’s idea of free speech is the freedom to call marginalised people slurs without facing public consequences. The Left’s idea of free speech is challenging power and systemic abuse without being arrested. I hope that clears things up for the intellectually disingenuous.

I watched Kimmel's three most recent monologues, convinced I had missed the thing MAGA was outraged about. But it looks like this is it.

It has to be more than this, right? There's just no way this is it.
