I've been scrolling through Shorts here and there last few months, but ofc moreso today and last night. It's mostly older stuff, by at least a week, that I've already seen on TikTok. But I think we have an opportunity to change that now!

What if we all flood YouTube Shorts with our TikTok vids. Do you think we could improve the algorithm there and make it better? Do you think the influx of vids and interaction would make the devs improve the platform?

Same 😭 I tried to follow as many as I could here and on YT. I know I missed people though, and some even said they'd just stop creating once TikTok was gone. We're all grieving now

Skylight is looking very promising. They're on here so we can get updates! I say we all flood YT Shorts with all our TikTok content and see is we can get it at least close to what we had. Maybe YT devs will catch on and actually make improvements to the site
