Today I visited a gallery that featured the artwork of Linda Hall. It was breathtaking and restorative. And I spent the rest of the day getting lost in books. (With thanks to Kati Schardl 😘)

Yes, somebody did. A brave soul. They said it wasn't bad, but not great either. And it was cold. No one died!

This is important! I have worked with many talented translators over the years. What they create cannot be replicated by AI. These incredible people understand the nuance of language and how to convey the writer's intent and the atmosphere of the work being translated. I trust and value their work.

Hello, my friends! I have to share this memory with you from a holiday party in 2019. This dish was on the table, brought by a guest. Spaghettios aspic ring around vienna sausages. I'm not sure if this is brilliant or diabolical. Maybe both. I was not brave enough to sample it.
