Sorry. I've lost multiple family members to smoking, and it's been so depressing to see, just when it looked like we had a handle on that, and it was finally dying off, so many people, even younger people who SHOULD know better, who never smoked, started vaping instead.

I'm sorry to say this, but have you considered vaping might just actually not be that great for your mental health? Damaging your lungs makes it harder to get oxygen to your brain. I don't mean this to be rude, vaping is just bad for you.
