On top of all of this is the fact that weve been slowly building a police state. We are shown our police murdering people on the news daily with the narrative "if you don't break the law you won't get shot."
Police are rarely if ever held accountable.
Protests are just not covered in the media.

No I definitely understand that part. I'm HIV+ (undetectable) and would not volunteer for such a thing if offered. Biktarvy is a great and amazing thing.
It's using what we know to propel further research that I think the states would take issue with as stem cell research itself is banned here.

The fraud and abuse comes from pharma charging 10s of thousands of dollars for life saving prescriptions, paid for by the US govt.

I was reading yesterday that the States literacy comprehension is at a 6th grade level.
Most Americans don't even read one book a year.
Makes sense that they're scared of learning. Most 6th graders are.

Unfortunately this cure currently requires a stem cell transplant, which we can't even experiment with or research here in the States. If they figure out how to make it viable at scale for the general population the US would still likely block it due to the research beginning with stem cells.
