But what do people usually take a stand against? Those in power. The very people who want to rip money off the disabled and old people. The people putting taxes up so high that more and more people are being made homeless. Art is important. 6/7

Maybe that's why the government are discoraging the Arts and Humanities at the moment. They don't want people to see what is going on in the world. Because art captures the truth. It shows us how we treat minorities. It gets us to reflect. It encourages us to take a stand. 5/7

Then you have English Literature and Creative Writing. I have spent over a decade studying the latter and neither are easy. Each require you to have knowledge in history, in politics, in society, in what has gone on in the world and what is going on in the world. A&H is a multi-dicipline 4/7

how lighting and shots change a scene and also how the Media sees people. Then there's the story told. Whether that's an Ad or a TV show. I haven't studied Media Studies since 2015 but I still can't watch something without analysing it. You need to know psychology and sociology to understand it 3/7

I have studied Arts and Humanities (properly) since 2012. People assumed Media and Film studies meant I was watching TV all day. There's a lot of media consumption, yes... but you have to understand it. What the placement of items told the audience, the psychology behind colour theory, 2/7

There's a lot of talk in the news lately that Art and Humanities are "easy" topics and are made fun of by being called Micky Mouse degress (which to me makes absolutely no sense... that Mouse could by the world... in fact already has) but Art and Humanities is not an easy topic. 1/7

With all this going on, the ai element of it was kinda put on the back burner for a bit, but esentally, they were fine with "authors" using generative ai and I'm sure there was more to that story too. Ai concerns me but I think everyone was worried more on all the other bad stuff.

Someone who refused to sign it, shared the agreement. I can't make head or tail of it personally, but those that could understood it was a bad move. No one could say anything good about it.

So they were aware it was happening but didn't act until someone made it known to the public. And then with the NDA, because the mods were starting to whistleblow, everyone was removed and weren't allowed to rejoin until they signed the NDA. They weren't allowed to share the agreement either.

With the racism, the person who said the other person was a diversity hire said it in a mod group. Someone (rightly) whileblowed. The person who said it had to step down but they weren't banned by the site. With the minors, it came to light members were expressing their concern and Nano ignored it.

So some people could reach 3k a day and those disabled used to write 3k some days to be above target when they had days where they could only do 100 but they made it so if you wrote 3k one day you still had to hit 1667 the next to get all badges. There’s more

They had to close the forums down because moderators were directing minors off site to places minors shouldn’t go. A moderator said another moderator was a diversity hire. Badges became inaccessible and impossible to achieve for those who couldn’t write 1667 a day
