I felt like I had no emotions at all for like my first week or so and then they came back with a vengeance. It evened out though!!

An Indian food receipt with garlic naan, spicy naan, and a chicken tikka masala. Whoever rang it in at the restaurant noted the tikka masala should be “very hot” and “verrrryyyyyyy hotttttt”

Not only did it live up to the promised spiciness it was so good we called the restaurant just to tell them how incredible it was.

I remember that!! So you’ve been allergic since at least like 2007. I feel like random pumpkin in food was a lot less common then, it’s way harder to avoid now.

After the “they hid pumpkin in the fucking corn chips” debacle I’ve started noticing how often I see pumpkin/pepita in things I never would have dreamed to check for. You really notice how many things have random allergen inclusions when someone you care about will get sick from them.
