Reasons I believe #Dracthyr SHOULD have Hair/Manes/Beards in their DRAGON forms:
1. They were partially created from Mortals, who most definetely had hair.
2. They were partially created from Dragons, who canonically have manes and beards.
3. There's DF concept-art featuring exactly what I mean.
