I get that there's extenuating circumstances but man idk just. i wish people would be more careful about shit like this because when you cant adhere to your own timeline all it does is build ill will for ZERO purpose and make people see you as unreliable ykwim?

i guess it's more that i wish people would communicate their timelines more but there's just so many instances where a specific time frame ISN'T required, is given and then is ignored and its like cool thanks for taking all the steps towards making someone frustrated with you for zero reason

the worst part is again i simply did not ask for a timeline. i love this artist, i love their work, i would wait over a year for the piece to be done - but they gave me a timeline and then stopped replying and its been months over like my guy! please respond to me! I'd like to know what's up!

i think more and more as i get older my number one pet peeve is people giving a timeline - unasked for - and then not delivering on said timeline. no one asked you to do that! don't say "i'll be there in 15 minutes" if you aren't sure you will be there in 15 minutes i don't get why it's so hard!!
