I have 66 tons and they only let me organize them in groups of 4 😭

I deleted all of my landing page organization in a haze because timerunning really borked it and now I have no idea how to organize my toons.

How do really organize them? Is it based on who knows who? Their species? Their faction? There's so many options I can never decide.
