Former coworker decided to let us all know a bunch about themselves in 2015. Sad how this is rather tame in comparison to how far things have slid since then. This coworker had a theory that English royalty had "king size" beds because they used to procreate with giants and need the extra space for activities, truly a beautiful mind. Also not transcribing this, it's a bunch of stickers on the back of a Kia Sedona
Bonus points when they write a little essay

Mila, a calico cat, sits on a subwoofer and stares out the window. Spring in Boston is lovely, everything pops with green. The birds have been especially vocal, which Mila enjoys.
A brick archway with the Harvard arboretum visible in the distance. The overpass carries the Needham commuter rail line. It was a very long day of bleh and I needed some fresh air. Grabbed a Cubano from Tostado and walked up Peter's Hill to eat and stare at the longwood/back bay buildings in the distance. Stopped by Fornax on the way home so now I have English muffins for breakfast.

Mila, a calico cat, sits on a window ledge, green trees visible in the background wearing their finest spring garments. In front of Mila is a hello kitty pet grass container. She truly loves eating grass. She does not excel at shoveling it into her toothy maw
Shop window display with Calico Critters figures, cottage, and tree house playsets. I haven't seen or thought of these in ages. Was walking home through West Roxbury and saw this time capsule
Alexander the Great park in Roslindale. This place is all bark and no park. It looks like roughly 1000sq ft. Statue in the middle is a gift from the city of Athens to Boston.
Red Jeep Commanche, maybe 1989 or later. What looks like a Puerto Rican flag hanging from the antenna. I love this truck (not mine). My first vehicle was a heavily used 86 Dodge Ram 50 that essentially was a rebadged Mitsubishi.
I went and touched grass, then fed some to my cat, Friday accomplished

Cafe au lait from Pavement coffeehouse near symphony. The bag to the left contains a cinnamon raisin bagel. I like the layout inside. There was a constant stream of folks stopping in with fun musical instrument cases.
Cute little nugget, purple Suzuki tiny truck used by the Noca spiked water company. There's another one like this by the arboretum with cool wheels I've been meaning to get a picture of.
Tandoori momo Nepalese dumplings from Momo Masala. These are delicious and combine several of my most favorite things. Toasted in Himalayan spices and masala, delightful.

Pathway over rail line with new mural. Pretty orange, yellow, and red. A blue circle highlights the mighty opossum.
The goal for the morning, achieved egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Picked up some Asiago and jalapeΓ±o cheddar bagels to freeze for later.
Every time I see this old Volkswagen van, I think it looks like it's a little stoned and drooling. Perfect location for paint cracks, also the color is great.

Banners that read, 'Human shield S', 'HUGE HOLES', AND 'Moral Geometry?'
A children's book titled, 'Don't make me go back mommy - A child's book about ritual satanic abuse' from the Cambridge antique market. Seriously wtf
Roni Horn - Key and cue No 258. An aluminum pole with the words, "I'm nobody who are you?" dripping off the edges
Red line train at Porter. I love the barrel roof and nautical looking ventilation pipes here.

Firelei BΓ‘ez - Retablo (espaΓ±a en las Americas). A severed arm covered in delicately inked tattoos on a wooden background. The detail in her work is incredible
Firelei BΓ‘ez - given the ground (the fact that it amazes me does not mean I relinquish it). An unusually shaped framed canvas centered around the portrait of a woman with kaleidescape skin, piercing eyes, and an ornate head wrap with dangling feather accessories
Firelei BΓ‘ez - A motor with medicinal functions. A regimented man stands on a hill with his sword held out to beckon the army waiting in lines below him. His torso broken out in fire, belching smoke
Firelei BΓ‘ez - Madeleine (rupture rapture maroonage) An arched doorway into another world, a figure in the center with an indigo headdress adorned with elaborate designs indicative of the black liberation movements and practices

Orange line was down this weekend, took the bus to Andrew, then headed to Alewife. I'm going to have to spend a lot more time in Alewife before it makes sense. There were so many ramps and stairs going off in every direction. Neat bike trails nearby though so I started walking to Belmont.
Belmont books, I was surprised to learn they open at 7 some days. Neat shop, picked up Beaver Land: How one weird rodent made America by Leila Philip. The creek behind my parents' house had beavers, so I'm excited to learn more about them. Then headed off to Watertown to visit Sophia's Pantry to check out Greek groceries.
Sophia's Greek Pantry, place was packed, acquired ouzo hard candy and Ajvar. Then headed off to Allston to have shawarma at Garlic N' Lemons.
My favorite local bookstore, Papercuts. Took a little bit to walk from allston, but the weather was nice, so it was enjoyable.
