Galaxy is up from the basement, I'm positive for the bad weather has passed.
She's our meteorological cat, if you see her crawl on her belly and head to the basement you better look out and see what's going on!
I wanted to give you guys an update on Vanessa !
When Vanessa got home from the vet she was still whacked out on anesthesia. The moment she came back to Earth the first thing she did was tear that cone off.
Vanessa is doing fine and she's back out on patrol duty !

We went to Big Lots because they are having a going out of business sale, they're closing up all their stores, and we found her a memory foam bed, she's breaking it in today !

The memory foam bed we got Galaxy the other day must feel really good on her old bones.
She's using it exclusively now.
Ear tipped tuxedo cat is stretched out on his side in his shelter kennel. He's resting his cheek on my hand, while I give cheek scritches. One front paw is stretched towards the camera and blurry because he is making some air biscuits with it.
Everything has been on fire all weekend, and I have too much to do tonight, but I need to share this special guy. His name is Socks and he was an outside kitty being cared for by some restaurant employees in town. Story to follow -

The kids are in...
I only gave them wet food today, I want to check out all the dry food before I give it to them.
I'm honestly flabbergasted at the response and some of the fear and terror and numbness has been held back at the sheer outpouring of love and wellwishes and support I'm getting.
I was told no news is good news until the morning update and I'm at no news. ππ€
And this is what Sodapop looks like OUTSIDE of the crate! After some initial trepidation, she's decided she wants to be friends - I walk into the room, and she comes right over for some petting. Isn't she a gorgeous girl?
