My one non-negotiable is my values and commitment to make the world a better and safer place.

If you ask me to sacrifice those values I simply won't. I will instead move on and continue committing to those values elsewhere.

I've been running a club at a school that is quite innovative and unique with their intentional approach to setting a calm and safe environment.
