As a v20 storyteller who has been making some very funny eyes at the VtR 2e core book recently, this thread is delightful.

Not having access to either Vicissitude or Chimerstry seemed like a huge loss for VtR, so knowing there's easy portability is really cool!

Marguerite Bennett's Witchblade series is really fucking cool! I wish I'd checked this out sooner; amazing art and some really fun noir detective themes!

To be completely fair... I think I've only played 6 systems total, but Delta Green doesn't have classes or anything analogous to them.

But yeah, more systems is always fun! You start to get a vibe for what works best for you ✨️

The worst part of being a trans woman is being hit with the double whammy of "they now see me as a woman, so value my opinion less" AND "they see me as trans, so value my opinion less" too.

Even when it comes to lived experience, it's often dismissed as "biased thinking" or "too emotional."

After looking into it and listening to some podcasts, I've kinda fallen in love with VtR 2e.

I'm now officially enough of a WOD hipster that I've gotten into COD! Now to somehow compel people to play Requiem 2e with me 🤔

When another "guy" in the TTRPG, usually pretty disengaged from the roleplaying, makes a female character for the first time and then starts talking about the elaborate backstory for his new character.

I skimmed through last week's episode, and my goodness the roast was dire.

I listened to season 1 of @pathofnight.bsky.social months ago and then got sidetracked. I've come back and realised there's a HUNDRED episodes and 2 other campaigns?!

I've always held that any career (but specifically those within the arts) can be subject to crazy multipliers based on luck.

In TTRPG terms, hard work determines the size of the die, but luck determines the number of dice. 1d20 is all well and good, but it can't ever beat 20d4.
