er pastaro in sonoita, az. the chef, giovanni schifano, worked in 5 ⭐️ nyc restaurants for years before moving west. the walls were covered with pictures of the many celebrities he cooked for over the years. we were once seated at a table next to kevin costner and rene russo. best vodka sauce ever!

yeah, the app lets you switch between alt/az and eq modes. a nice benefit of eq mode is longer battery life since it’s only running one motor and at a constant rate. i struggled to get 5 hours before and this session went just over 7 before it put itself to sleep.

the support has been there in the software for a while, but i finally got the tilt head for christmas so that i can use it. the polar alignment process in the app is pretty slick so it doesn't take much extra time to set up.
