Times are tough for artists, writers, and other creative folk. If you have the means, consider signing up for someone's Patreon, or commission some art, or buy a book. Write a skeet about a creative you enjoy. Spread the word about their work.

Making smut for a living isn’t generally how one makes a fortune, or even a future. There’s no 401k. There’s no retirement. Most of us live commission to commission, paycheck to paycheck.

This new July print marks the 5TH ANNIVERSARY of my ten-buck monthly subscription service. To celebrate, I’ve chosen one of my first early classics - Corinne’s legs in the pool. This image got a lot of attention in the mid ‘90s; even appearing on the cover of a few prestigious photography magazines.

Another Portland photo I took during one of my many trips there. This one features Eva who Marne Lucas introduced me to the previous evening at an art gallery opening in 2004. She had a few hours available the following day so we took a few images at her apartment. Mamiya 645 with natural light.

Trying to find the right mix of speed and fun for my science fiction book. I have been posting little snippets that I enjoy as i edit and re-edit the opening chapters. Reposting the whole chapter again and again would get boring. But I like sharing new moments.
