The bottling company in question is owned by a 'foreign' Japanese corporation. Likely a test case for the EEOC which seems to be investigating US law firms over discrimination practices, as defined by DT administration. And the legal profession has loads of all women events.

Misconduct in public office: three reasons why the case against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is so complex
The offence Mountbatten-Windsor is being investigated for β misconduct in public office β is famously vague and complex.
Robert Hazell is in @uk.theconversation.com talking about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
He says that the vagueness of the offence, multiple police forces being involved and difficulties facing the CPS and courts make it unlikely that his case will be brought to a swift conclusion.

Kavanaugh's dissent in the #SCOTUS decision striking down Trump's tariffs as illegal is partially based on the idea that it is a mess to try to refund tariffs. That's like saying you have to let a bank robber go because it's too difficult to get him to pay back the money he stole. #USpoli #cdnpoli

when you reflect for a second it remains wild that there are substantial constituencies on the Supreme Court (never less than 3, and as many as 6 justices depending on the day) who'd eagerly invalidate both the structure of the 1790 constitution & the reconstruction amendments of the 1860s
