The idea was a part of his inner landscape. He has discovered it and brought it forth into the world.

My 4 year old was telling me about a superhero called Shark Fin. When I asked if the character was from his imagination or a story he read, he pointed to his chest and said proudly “It was inside me.”

I have found when doing magic it helps to take into account momentum. Life, habits, events all have momentum. To use magic is to try to nudge or overcome that momentum. 5 years of momentum needs 5 plus years of effort to overcome it, but maybe only 2 to nudge.
