I’m pretty sure the author was working hand in glove with Gove and Cummings during his time as a SPAD at the the DfE when local authorities (some in need of change admittedly) were universally demonised in efforts to outsource education. A reason why I wouldn’t spend even 99p on the Kindle version.

Please keep in mind this is what they were allowed to see and not what goes on when no one is looking. And even this is bad.
