I am a big fan of Airtable. Can be as simple as a to do list or as complicated as you like. I use it for everything from finances, to writing my own cookbook, to tracking inventory and the impact of the farm. Exports as a csv so you can take it anywhere and upload it in any platform.

Subheading to this article should read: …if you are lucky enough to have a family doctor, get an appointment, and get efficient referral to diagnostics. Why we go to emergency: without waiting weeks, we get seen; we get diagnostic testing; we leave with a plan of action toward better health.
