When I got my Utah license plate in the mail for my car in 2017 it said ‘In God We Trust.’ I drove down to the DMV and was able to get it swapped out for a ‘Life Elevated’ plate. Super easy. Shocked how fast and painless the process was.

Back in 2018 I had to wear a med device called an actigraphy watch. It also senses light + other things smart watches don’t. I didn’t see the report, it’s sent directly to the dr. The subtle fleeting look of disappointment as he peered over his reading glasses while reviewing it….

I also have used an Apple Watch in the same way, interestingly, more accuracy led to more stress 😅

I used an app wayyyy back in the mid 2010s ish. You had to just keep your device on the bed you slept in and it would sense movement and extrapolate from that.

Although I have #narcolepsy, this would totally encourage (and likely result in) better sleep hygiene for me!
