before christmas I was going for 100k a month without worrying at all about times or individual, and tbh it's the most useful thing I've ever tried. got faster, stronger, fucked my legs less, by end of Dec I could do 10 miles at a decent pace without trying too hard or paying too much later

I'm aiming for a 1:45 half marathon this year, which seems ... not consonant with me having ran 7.4km, very slowly, so far this month
