Put some teeth on these court orders.

That's not how the legal system works. If this went to the courts, it would be up to judges to decide. Whoever Bondi ropes into putting the case together would also have to point out what laws exactly the DEI language is breaking. They can't just go, "Illegal. Make go 'way."

Wouldn't this be impossible to do since DEI isn't illegal? There aren't any laws prohibiting it, right? All the case law and federal laws that describe what's discriminatory still exist. The memo is going to make people's lives miserable, but it's... just nonsense and bluster.

I think they're both very susceptible to mocking, but it has to be coming from 1) pretty girls, or 2) men they find powerful. They both have very fragile egos.

I *am* feeling demoralized. One of the tactics for disempowering fascists that I agree with is mocking them and pointing out how weak they are. I think that's actually effective, but I'm not very good at it. I don't even call names when I'm in an argument with someone.
