Seam and JEVIL do the same hand thingy when feeling sad :] I wanted to keep Jevil's general philosophy in this, I'm not the greatest at character writing so I hope I did him Justice Now with actual support and social interaction, I think he would have a healthier balance between chaos and responsability while still being a very unpredictable guy

Just living day by day

Plushie gets hugged after months of not dealing with the loss of their owner -> cannot handle it

Seam is okay with this new purpose, to detach themself from everything for her. To never move on To never feel love so her LOVE lasts for eternity

Me and those damn echo flowers representing the embodyment of memories But yeah that's why Jevil lacks the star TailRing Before Seam he had a tail ring in the shape of: - ♤ - ♢ - ♧ - ♡ After meeting them, the HeartShapedOne was replaced with a star After losing his memory of them, he lost that one. Never replaced it, it felt "wrong" somehow

Now JEVIL runs a Scrap-Yard- I mean, a "Joke-Yard" The same way Seam lost their smile and general "light" for life, JEVIL lost his inspiration and joy for life aswell... Now he sells his old stuff, nothing really interests him anymore. All of his inventions eventually become boring, while as chaotic as ever if there's no one special to share them with, what's the point??

It was for the best...

After Dess' disappearance Carol repaired her plushie and kept it in a glass box. To keep her memory "frozen" in place, waiting for her return And as much as Noelle craves to have something of her sister, something to hug at night when things get too scary... She doesn't have the guts to ask her mom for it

However in a specially awful night, she uses a card left in Dess' room to try and open the box This translates into Jevil having to lockpick Seam out of prison, how ironic but yeah. Jevil would never allow someone close to him to have their freedom revoked

To reset, over and over again so nothing changes, to "freeze" that beautiful memory forever
To detach your emotions to not get hurt, to avoid pain.
To avoid the hurdles that come with love...

While Jevil does also love the lightners, he never developed a deep connection comparable to that of a plushie and its kid may have He really doesn't know what to do or say...

Their first meeting: Seam is the court mage of the ICE PALACE, never allowed to do much (kept as a future cristmas gift for like, 11 months... Yeah Carol is like that uee hee hee) Jevil was the one in charge to show the Mage around (Since the cat was visiting), and he decided that showing them his "gratest invention" was the best way to do so... Then that happened

However, after spending most of their life in a cold and VERY boring "cell". Seam is delighted with Jevil's inventions and personality, despite being torn apart contantly thanks to those same inventions If JEVIL is the most popular darkner of card castle, then Seam is the least popular darkner in the ICE PALACE. Having no close companions (Like DR Jevil), mostly because of jeaulousy between the citizens. (Seam was Dess' favorite gift that year)

Jevil learned to sew just to help Seam in any way he could, and now that he has another person he can discuss his future proyects with his inspiration is through the roof! Constantly talking about which invention will bring the most joy to the castle, while yes Jevil was enjoying creating stuff before, having someone that admires and enjoys what you do is... Something else Seam became their main inspiration :]

Dess did like Seam at first but... Yeah she's not as "Emotionally connected to inanimate objects" as Asriel She does still somewhat likes the plushie! it's just that she finds it "childish" (she's not really taken seriously by a lot of adults so yeah... She doesn't wanna seem even more childish), so she treats the plushie as a test dummy most of the time Seam loves her a lot ofc, the mage is still a plushie. Her plushie

Seam the great MAGE of the ICE PALACE

Jevil recieved all the love and care he wasn't given before, allowing him to not detach himself from the world. Allowing him to feel love not LOVE He's now an inventor, always creating new stuff for both lightners and darkners alike. A beloved entertainer that still works for the Spade King, well, as long as he's allowed his freedoms and ocasional chaos (As long as he doesn't cause more than a set budget of property damage)

He gets along with Queen just fine It really helps the fact that his body cannot be killed, otherwise he wouldn't be allowed to do nearly the amount of stupidly dangerous stuff he does on the daily

The reason behind Jevil's new job is this lil nerd. Instead of Seam Ralsei had the "Joker" card for most of his games, making it more of a "whatever you want" card. Basically Asriel is one of those "I have an indestructible shield but also a sword that works against indestructible shields and also-" type of kid (same) That card has GONE through it, but well. To be loved is to be changed, right?

JEVIL the great and chaotic INVENTOR!!!

This is a "Swap Au" based not necesarily only the roles of the characters, but around the concepts of "LOVE & love" That's why it's called "Love Revolving" This weirdly enough was REALLY hard, having to think of their new and different relationships with; Eachother, the other darkners, the lightners, the story in general, how these changed across time, etc... So yeah, it's gonna be a long read :p
