This is my 8/10 review of #Frankenstein (2025):

Correction: Bond's death is indeed fact, but we still have no outright confirmation of his capital D.

As both a clock and a dice roller, it's also a perfect example of Two Things Happening At Once.

Mustard is absolutely organising regular movie nights on the Brink. Followed by a mandatory 15-minute "Why don't we all go around and say one thing we liked about the movie?"

This is one of my favourite covers of all time; delighted to see it grace my feed today.

Whoa, was not expecting Desann to grace my feed today! This is still peak character design IMO.

Possibly a marketing deal for "xXx", the un-searchable 2002 Vin Diesel film?

I've had the house to myself today, and so have been periodically belting out "CONTINUER A T'AIMER!" as melodramatically as possible.

Today's Thing That's Neat: I'm having a blast with the eight-hour opus that is the Clair Obscur soundtrack. The angst levels are off the chart!

So the graphic was just made in Keynote, and then I copied and pasted it into Pages where I added everything else. I'm conscious that this is kind of a primitive way of doing things when you can likely get "proper" software for it, but for this silly bit I decided it was "close enough".

Kieron, I'd love to see you write or run an anthology-style series set in the Citizen Sleeper universe, with the same artist from the games, Guillaume Singelin.

I'd also love to see Jonathan Hickman's take on Friends at the Table's Divine Cycle, with - if we're truly dreaming - Moebius on art.

I 100% believed for about 10 years that this song was in reality a niche historical reference. I still don't know whether the fact about the missile is true, but I did EVENTUALLY learn that it had nothing to do with the song. Obviously.

The song "4 Minutes" by Madonna and Justin Timberlake came on the car radio when I was going to a piano lesson, and my Mum explained that it was so named because it would take an ICBM launched from the USSR 4 minutes to reach the USA.

You may wonder, "What is Bloop Rinse?" Well, it is when you rinse your bloops. Asked and answered.

Everyone is talking about the new game "Blue Prince", but few realise the title is a pun because it sounds like both "Blueprints" and "Bloop Rinse".
