Hello bluesky. I have anxiety and today was one of my worst days mental health wise. Had to delete the bird app cause I followed a LOT of politics and I feel so defeated and shitty. I never talked to anyone on that app and I'm starting over here. I want to avoid politics and actually talk to ppl
