My theory on Carol's slightly delayed reaction is that she didn't instantly realize that the body she found was being turned into food. Took her a moment to put that together...

Thinking that the teaser showing the drone picking up Carol's trash is directly related to the end of this episode. The hivers are going to be keeping their distance from Carol for a while. For their own safety and maybe to punish Carol a bit.

Looks like this has been rescinded, but still it's unfathomable how anyone could consider making this change.

Great episode of Pluribus and the pod. I really enjoy your discussion. I knew you would be thrilled to see Helen again. My theory about the lights going out is that they all (except for a skeleton crew minding Carol) go to sleep at the same time and then wake back up at the same time.
