Locking it in and testing it out 🗣️ I haven’t had a frameless pack in a long time but I recently picked up a Pa’lante v2. Perfect for me for shorter trips, with my summer gear, this takes me down to a base weight of less than 4.5 lbs (about 2 kg). Can’t wait to try it out soon!

Perfect weather for trying out some tarp configs in the backyard. Using an Alton 3M x 3M flat tarp using 1 and 2 hiking poles, with and without incorporated floor: semi-enclosed lean-to with floor, low-flying A frame, half pyramid with floor and double-layer pyramid.

Thank you! These are taken with the Ricoh GR III HDF with the HDF on and set to measure exposure to highlights. Honestly wish all cameras could expose in this way, it's been a game changer for me.
