The Plucked Flower

The little girl flinched a little as she was being pulled out - it burned a bit but not as much as before.

She nods and holds both his hands as if she’s ready to come out

“Can I try some..?”

“So does that mean.. We’re free to do whatever we want now..? Can I finally see the outside with you before they wake up..?”

“What’s a Halloween..?”

“So.. Young Ms.Cat Lady?”

“Hm, maybe she did something to make the stream happy?? I’m unsure.. it’s never this quiet..”

“!!!!!”

She turned around to see Claire there with them but how? No else has managed to get here lately!

“W-why is tiny tail lady here.?”

“Something is off.. I don’t hear the creatures..”

She laughed a little nervously as she covered her face a bit with embarrassment

“Oh.. right! Silly me..”

She felt her body flicker a bit and she winched a little

She blinked a few times as she was surprised to hear that. He might be talking that version of her, Is that her future self?

“Oh? You mean.. Big me? At least.. I think that’s suppose to be me?”

She hummed softly as she hugged him back to go tightly. Although she’s sad to let go soon, the stream is probably looking for her by now.

“Teehee! Then I’ll protect you too! It wouldn’t be fair if it’s just you doing all that work!”

She giggled a little and placed a hand on his cheek

“I know.. and I can’t wait to be there. I can’t wait to see the outside with you!”

She softly smiled as the static slowly creeps onto her face again.

“I will..”

She then took off her headband and placed it on his head as she stood on her tippy toes.

“Thanks.. rosebud..I’ll see you soon.. but for now.. I’ll be watching from the other side..”

(She hugged him back as she softly smiled)

“I’ll wait for you.. I’ll visit you until then, okay? Just don’t get hurt.. I’ll be sad if you get hurt..”

But.. If you’re not there, Why would I want to get out? I wanna get out because.. You. You saw me and you talked to me..
The other creatures they ignore me..

She kept flickering and hugged Desmond tightly. The stream it’s trying to pull her back in, her form was unsure where to stay.

“Desmond.. Take care of them for me. You need to deal with.. the bad men..”

She hugged Desmond tightly as she flickered. Then she closed her eyes and then she saw a few of the people that he’s met. The girl winced a bit and gasped as she let go.

“You have to stay.. she’s going to need you. That flower is going to grow wild soon..”

Her voice cold

“No.. You must.. stay.”

The girl stood staring at Desmond for a moment and place a hand on his forehead. Her form starts to flicker between herself and .. the other her that she knows for a moment. Her eyes were covered but once uncovered they were pitch black and the liquid pours out of her eyes.

“A-aaaaan eee-eye f-f-for an e-e-eye.. I’ll be out soon.. I-I-I c-cccc-can’t st-st-stay for long..”

“D-D-Ddessssmond.. L-l-lllloook up..”

“S-s-ssssome-something.. w-wwwr-wrong..”

She flickered and appeared in front of him

Her form flickers a bit to adjust to the new environment she’s in. Then when her body appeared stable, she shook her head and looked at around the room.

“W-w-what iss.. th-th-this place..?”

She gasped as she heard that voice again and covered her ear and her grip tightened a little.

(Please let me out for a bit.. Just for a few minutes..)

She gasped as she realized her hands were grabbed.

“W-w-what.. what ar-areararerre are you doing..?”

She covered her ears for a sec as the voice she heard in her head get loud then to mute

“S-s-s-stream.. I-I-it’s.. p-p-pushing m-m-mmmmmme ououut..”

She looked at her hands for a moment and saw the strange phenomenon. Two hands in the same place is.

She glitches again as she spoke with fear
