He looks around for any thing to clean up the wound, spots a rag and picks it up and heads over to her. He begins gently pressing it against the bite mark. Using it as a gauze.
“I’m so sorry— I’m usually good with biting while not breaking any skin…”
He quickly wipes his mouth, looks for any blood or any to indicate that he bit her earlier. He does end up noticing some fresh blood on his shirt.
“I—I don’t recall biting you… however I do have blood stains on my shirt… I must’ve blacked out before I went to sleep”

He unconsciously rubs his neck then notices a strange mark on his wife’s neck.
