it’s also very terrifying and jarring to go from “every day life” (like work and marital problems) to witnessing authoritarianism all around you. like we aren’t meant to live like this.

being a minnesotan right now is full of heartbreak and grief. right alongside community and resilience. i’m seeing us defend our neighbors against the largest ICE occupation we’ve seen yet, getting more organized every day, and i’m at a loss for words.

i got multiple texts from out of state friends tonight so idk if there’s more coverage today or what.
