Finally saw Life of Chuck last night, and goddamn, @mikeflanaganfilm.com did it again. It's a masterpiece that had me sitting in silence after the movie was over thinking about so much. I will be thinking about this movie for a long time. Definitely the best film I have seen this year.

Turns out @mikeflanaganfilm.com , @stephenking.bsky.social and @markhamillofficial.bsky.social were right: I just saw The Life of Chuck, and it really is excellent.

Saw The Life Of Chuck in June and watched it twice this week at home and had the same reaction as before: I laughed, cried, laughed a bit more, and cried a lot more. Thank you @mikeflanaganfilm.com for sharing your gift of storytelling.

Finally got to see Life of Chuck after missing its way too brief theater run, and WOW that is the film we NEED today. Life affirming, joyful and uplifting despite the seemingly non-stop pain of life. Everyone should check out @mikeflanaganfilm.com masterpiece now, such a balm for the soul.

I know I am late to the party, but we watched @mikeflanaganfilm.com's Life of Chuck adaptation last night. I laughed. I cried. I remembered why I love cinema for storytelling. It was the best movie I'd seen in ages. Not a paid endorsement. Just me fanboying.

I knew I’d love anything by @mikeflanaganfilm.com so I bought THE LIFE OF CHUCK without reading a review. I’m glad that I did because I was surprised and dazzled by one of the most beautiful films I’ve seen in a decade.

Didn’t know that I needed this movie until I saw it.

@mikeflanaganfilm.com Bought the Life of Chuck tonight, what a special film. I loved the short story and was just smiling and crying throughout, you nailed the melancholic but affirming message. The dancing is euphoric, Carl Lumbly is a treasure, Mia Sara is luminous, Scott Wampler forever.

Watching The Life of Chuck makes me want to create a letterboxd list called "Pure Joy," even though I don't know what else I would put on it. Thanks @mikeflanaganfilm.com. 🥹

I hope this movie CLEANS UP on VOD. This was my favorite story from If It Bleeds by @stephenking.bsky.social which is saying a lot since I idolize Holly Gibney. I had no idea how it would translate to film but I should have known in @mikeflanaganfilm.com 's hands it would be perfect. 11/10 WATCH IT.

I can remember reading the 60 page short story by @stephenking.bsky.social called THE LIFE OF CHUCK and being totally floored by such an incredible story. The film adaptation by @mikeflanaganfilm.com has done the same thing. Beautiful filmmaking and acting. Loved it. I contain multitudes.

I didn’t get a chance to catch the Life of Chuck in theaters, but as expected, @mikeflanaganfilm.com killed it. Dude just gets Stephen King. Cannot wait for Dark Tower.
