@longbangers.bsky.social seen so much crying about this ‘goal’ that wasn’t scored on Socials and in the press. Talk of ‘perspective’ and the linesman having the best view. To me the big question is, considering where he was at that point and what the perspective looked like… why didn’t he flag?

Enjoyed the latest @longbangers.bsky.social podcast. Interesting chat on head knocks and refs playing ‘god’! To me the rule should be if a player goes down with a head knock, forcing a stoppage, they should be taken from
the field and checked out by a medical pro. Clubs/Managers shouldn’t play god!
