Yes! I still get swelling in my ankle (and nerve pain) if I don’t. So they’ll be an accessory for the foreseeable future. They didn’t help me stave off the shin pain tonight, but hopefully it will improve with my training 😀

I have a family member who still carries deep dark mental scars from the people he killed in Vietnam. His life was forever altered from that.
