i think there are prolly neurological differences before we're conscious of gender expectations and roles, and that brains adapt to society at large-- maybe in a feedback loop system.

i think our identity is affected by our brains, obviously there's interplay between experience and neurological structure-- but since subsets of trans people also have been shown to have hormone receptor permutations, and in utero hormone exposure prolly plays a role in other subsets... (cont)
