Today was a rest day! I finally got to finish my horror movie by Roman Polanski, Rosemary’s Baby.

I really enjoyed the build-up and seeing Rosemary’s descent (even tho i felt bad for her) going thru that & Pregnancy is so scary lol.

was supposed to be 5 mins walking, 5 run, but after 2 intervals my knee & hip started hurting so jacked it up to 5% incline, 3.5 mph.

45 min intense workout
5 min cool cool down 😮‍💨

nothing makes my blood boil more than a bad manager. especially one that YELLS at an employee on a sales floor in front of customers!!

just because you’re good at your job does not mean that you’re a good manager. Because you don’t know how to manage people.

college professors are so FR out of touch from reality. I once had my internet go out EIGHT MINUTES into a midterm and my prof wouldn’t let me finish it because 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s just policy.

i have a ten minute grace period policy at work where if you’re late by 7 mins, no questions asked. Shit happens. Traffic, gotta get gas, car trouble, couldn’t find keys, wallet, etc, car accident, route detour.

Life literally happens and yet - no major productivity is lost in those 7 mins

is it necessary for your degree and are you within the grace period?
