I deal with feeling "deprived" of sleeping in. Any tips on coping with that? That feeling is fairly pervasive in my life, thanks to the capitalist grind: scarcity mindset. Never enough time, love, money, etc.

We have one, but I am ...not impressed. The very fact that the water comes from the back for me is a nope. The cold isn't as bad as I expected it would be, but it doesn't feel effective.
