First time getting out for a second run in one week in a while, and ooooooh boy was it a rough one! My legs were very tired even though this route was flatter and clearer, and I was in the midst of pausing at 0.75 miles (8 minutes) to walk for a bit when my watch died #RunningLife

(I know that’s actually not a permanent solution and pretending bad things aren’t happening is not a great survival strategy in the long run, but there was nothing I could do about it now.)

It's really depressing when the highlight of the work week is them fixing the toilet you reported over a year ago (they said it was fine even though it took at least two flushes to clear every single time) that they finally made out of order a week or two ago 🙃

ICE agents act like they have no oversight because Republicans in Congress and Trump gave ICE $75 BILLION in the Big Ugly Bill (by cutting health care funding).

People are right to be incensed, but there are more names to uplift. ICE killed an immigrant man named Silverio Villegas González in Chicagoland. He had children. Victor Manuel Diaz was kidnapped in Minneapolis and died in ICE custody on January 14. Their names deserve to be repeated, too.

ICE must cease to exist. It is a killer agency. It is another expression of the slave catchers of the past. It is an American gestapo. It is filled with people who think this is both a game and the cleansing of this country of impurities. Abolish ICE and make reparations for everyone they've hurt.

I feel like this chart is gonna need to go even further before this is all said and done.
