Secured a Zaku III Custom and HG Turn A Gundam, now I just have to wait and come up with a color scheme for the Zaku

This area, the head and chest is comparatively good. Thanks Simon Lam who reminds me to be brave when I lost steam and direction.

The rest of the body is a bit blah. It’s sad I couldn’t fit it properly on an Action Base so my posing plan didn’t go

It’s all ball joints do it can actually be very dynamic even with its weird shape. The knees are double jointed but the hip armor got into the way to pose the way I want it

When I added a torso joint my mind told me, hm, you can add underboobs in the hidden space. The pilot of Getter 2 is female so it’s in context. And so I did.

Calling this Shin Getter 2 a wrap. First time trying 2D cel style painting on a full size model, and I did full joints replacement.

I think it ends up okay but not as posable as I hoped. But it’s part of my journey as I’ve had it for like 2 decades. #mecha #plamo

Did some minor painting on stuff like the red and brown armor since i wasn't satisfied with the default color, specially the brow since it was way too dark for my taste.
Despite being an old kit i had a lot of fun putting it together
