The Enormous House I believe could just be accomplished with an act of congress. Snap elections might be unattainable, but it seems at least possible that we could discuss it without culture war lines being dug. I predict we see an amendment to the constitution of some kind in the next 15 years.

I’ve really convinced myself over the last few months that my Enormous House movement would fix a lot. Better representation for medium-sized cities and a hell of a lot harder to gerrymander seats like that. Pork barrel spending much harder logistically. A real check on the Senate. Lot of benefits!

The Constitution needs to be amended to make snap elections possible for when the House is disbanded.

There also needs to be at least 1,740 members of the United States House of Representatives. Let’s just say 1,776 for the symbolism
