i don't think it is unreasonable for a book to assume that you can remember like 20 named characters. like i just don't think that is particular big cast for one book

gurathin continues to be incredibly funny character since he's not like wrong about a lot of things, but he's just such a dick about it that he's not taken seriously

i think someone has told me about this book years ago. I think this is the one where the robot decides to be a girl just because the boyfriend is worried about being seen as gay. And he has like weird fixation on the fact the robots brain parts came from a woman.
