Overall I like the changes, also untying precons from bracket 2 makes a lot of sense, no deck with a Sol Ring can ever be a true 2. Sol Ring is a game changer, always has been. 😉

Now that it is more clear what Bracket 1 is, is it really necessary to even have it in the Bracket system? Below the baseline is rather self-explanatory, also I still feel there's too much going on in bracket 3, I'd much prefer to draw more clearer lines there and split that one up?
